The 2023 Polaris Outlaw 110 EFI has been part of the Polaris lineup since 2015, when it replaced the outgoing Outlaw 90. Polaris claims this is the first kid’s ATV with electronic fuel injection besides its Sportsman 110 EFI brand. This technology facilitates cold starts, reduces maintenance, and improves idling and running quality. Where the Outlaw 70 allows kids 6 to 10 years old to ride ATVs, the 2023 Polaris Outlaw 110 EFI picks up where the smaller one left off and is suitable for kids ten and up. Need gear? The Outlaw comes with youth sizing.
Parents will appreciate that THE 2023 Polaris Outlaw 110 EFI grows with the rider, thanks to an upgraded 112cc engine, a new ergonomic design specifically designed for a wider age range (6-10 years), and a parent-adjustable speed that allows younger riders to enjoy it longer.
Enjoy peace of mind knowing that this vehicle has key safety features, including an adjustable speed limiter, an industry-exclusive safety package, and LED headlights.
With a 112cc EFI engine, front/rear suspension travel, 3.5″ ground clearance, and 18″ tires, kids can confidently go on adventures with a comfortable ride and easy handling. With the 110cc EFI engine and accessories, little racers can grow together with your quad bike, Made for riders aged ten and up. The 2023 Polaris Outlaw 110 EFI is a great next step for kids continuing their ATV journey. It’s a nice step up from the Outlaw 70 and has many of the same safety features but with more bulk.

The 2023 Polaris Outlaw 110 EFI is supported over bumps by a single A-arm suspension in the front and a mono-shock in the rear. Each end has good travel, 5 and 6 inches, respectively. Ground clearance is 3.5 inches, which will cause the undercarriage to chip over larger rocks. A claimed dry weight of 278 pounds is impressive, considering it weighs the same as its smaller sibling, so the 110 has the best power-to-weight ratio.
While the Outlaw 70 EFI has disc brakes, we find it odd that the more powerful 110 is stopped by a set of drum brakes, which aren’t usually as powerful as disc brakes. We like the single handlebar-mounted parking brake for ease of use.
Legroom and floor space are more spacious than the smaller Outlaw. The front fenders don’t extend back into the knees as they did on the 70, which is good considering this model is for an older age group. Children will carry what they need in a backpack because there are no places for personal belongings.
Children, like moving to the next grade in school, need to know and understand the material before jumping into the next grade. This is what the 2023 Polaris Outlaw 110 EFI looks like. It’s an appropriate step up from its smaller Outlaw sibling. Still, it delivers kid-friendly power with a 112cc single-cylinder engine to help teach them before they move on to 200cc machines and up. It can still be softened with a speed limiter for parental control if the child needs some practice c. Load capacity is listed at 180 lbs: no hitch, front/rear racks, or storage.
